How to troll: On the Internet

Creativity: Trolls must constantly seek new ways to instigate and provoke the internet, which is often done through questions or responses, though there are others such as uploading pictures (cinema inaccuracies), spreading false rumors (example celebrity death rumors), hacking into accounts (often changing the picture of the user, and/ or sending out absurd messages). Difference Between Troll and Retard: Differentiating between a troll and a retard, or what some expert trolls call a LKS (Legitimate Knowledge Seeker) may become difficult depending the poster's strategy.

    1. Is the original poster's topic controversial?
    2. Does the the original poster's statement or question draw from clearly false information?
    3. Does the original poster stay with their initial logic?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then the original poster is most likely a troll. To appear a troll rather than a retard, it is best to perform at a level where you answer yes to at least two of the questions while trolling.

Example Questions: Trolls often pick a topic that few people have intimate knowledge thus allowing the troll to pick a inaccuracy and focus on it. Often known as a trap card for expert trolls. This inaccuracy is usually a subtle inaccuracy that the entire endeavor is built upon. Sometimes more obvious inaccuracies are necessary to derail the group, so that the group is more vulnerable to trolling that can take place later.

For example: Time Travel, when getting a group of people to discuss high level physics theories, it is easy to throw a wrench into the discussion.

For example: A troll may post a question about where to purchase 6D glasses because wearing two pairs of 3D glasses looks lame. Simple math: 2 x 3D = 6D. (Exploit for infinite dimensions?)

For example: A discussion about god, the end of the world, and at what time the world would end. If the discussion board comes to the conclusion that the world ends at 6PM. The troll would most likely say something along the lines of "what if you constantly outran the time zone, so you're always at 5PM?" This would most likely throw the group way off course, at which the troll may then make further exploitations.
        Hope This Helps
