Sean Stephenson, author of "Get off your buts," is really a mighty man in a small frame. Sean isn't keen on to be described as 3 feet in height person confined to a wheelchair. Sean Stephenson has gone through more trials and tribulations that would make the biggest man fall to his knees. Recently i watched a live streaming seminar with Sean and it was very enlightening. What is important which i learned was that we have no excuses because of not achieving whatever our heart desires.

Sean's philosophy is they are 3 major buts we've to overcome. But #1 is fears which normally start with "but let's say I fail, but let's say I lose... and continues for as long as you permit it. Our fears are holding us back, you are able to visit as numerous self help seminars that you can fit into just one lifetime, but before you do what's necessary to succeed you are costing you time. Your way of the 1000 miles begins with the first step. The first step may be the most difficult someone to take, but when you do it is extremely hard to stop continuing to move forward. You'll be like an avalanche rolling down hill in which you will get stronger the closer you get to your ultimate goal.

Excuses are But #2, which normally starts with but I don't have to do this; however i have no idea how to do that... and continues to infinity. "Excuses would be the foundations of nothingness. They function as monument to inadequacies and people who excels in them seldom do in anything else" is really a poem which i heard many years ago and it still sticks in my mind today.

Insecurity is But #3 and just what he considers to become probably the most devastating thing that plagues us. Sean believes that insecurity of not feeling like you don't measured as much as standards you have in your mind or set by society is crippling. These insecurities might be caused by any number of things, but if people felt safer in their bodies they is no telling what lengths our planet could evolve. This but normally begins with however i am not... (Fill in the blank). I don't know what but plagues you but whichever one does go on and move towards the success that you simply deserve in your life, business and relationships.

Sean Stephenson describes his level in his book as he stopped feeling sorry for himself in vivid detail like a Four years old child. It was at this time he was a might man in a tiny frame. The question that his mother asked him changed his life forever. He overcame the force inside of him that kept him living small in the mind. When are you going to overcome this force and obtain off your "buts"?
