We all have an inherent need to have to develop, evolve and manifest ever greater realities. This is simple to our happiness and feelings of self-acceptance and self-contentment. Happiness can be designed in two approaches.
a. By manifesting what we want creating the reality we want.
b. By studying to be content with what we have with our present reality - until we can create an even much more positive reality.

What we would like to achieve in the near and far future before we leave these bodies?

2. Set Intention (consciously and subconsciously)
Intention and Concentration on our objectives signifies that we focus on them clearly and intensely (With no anxiousness but with confidence that we will manifest them) and direct our energy, time, cash and intelligence towards them.

An analogy would be an inner lake full of various qualities and abilities that are all prepared to flow outward and manifest in our daily lives. But there are particular obstacles that prevent this flow. Our job is to get rid of these obstacles so that the innate wisdom and power can freely flow.

g. I will not be a spiritual individual if I have this or fulfill this aim.
h. I will really feel guilty if I have this or fulfill this aim.
i. I will harm other individuals if I fulfill this purpose.
j. I am guilty and not worthy and I should not have or fulfill this objective.
k. Because I have not been able to have it till now, then I will not be in a position to fulfill this aim.
l. I get more information will shed my freedom if I fulfill this purpose.
m. I may well have to sacrifice some supply of security in order to fulfill this purpose.
n. I may give satisfaction to other individuals - one thing which I do not want to do.
o. The others may well cease feeling guilty about me.
p. I may well lose my manage over other people.
q. My other desires will be unfulfilled if I have or fulfill this objective.
r. The effort to obtain this objective will be painful or unpleasant.
s. I do not have the required discipline to manifest this objective.
