Check it out now. Create a list from the five most worrying things in your lifetime at this time. Just list: financial concerns, job worries, relationship worries... You don't need to do just about anything about the subject, just write them down. Clearing your brain in this manner is a superb stress reliever. It lets you focus on your writing.

4. Get Goals - It's Easier Than You Think
